Following the unbelievably successful, sell out 6th Birthday party with the legendary Krafty Kuts, PHOTOS HERE,

we are back to put the Rock in the Roxy with another killer line up.

This event will see the same large levels of effort poured into the look as well as the sound of the night, our aim, to blow your minds both aurally and visually.

Décor and visuals will take inspiration from our theme MONSTER FROM THE DEEP and we will again be bringing in an extra fat soundsystem for your listening pleasure.

A multitude of musical styles will once again be heard, from BREAKBEAT to DRUM + BASS, from DUBSTEP to ELECTRO and everything in between.

Cumbrians may remember Aquasky's explosive dance tent set at Kendal Calling a couple of years back. Well they are back in the area, and ready to detonate once again.

Fat Boy Slim certainly knows how to rock dancefloors and his most recent mix album 'Dance Bitch' (Liberation) released in February contains a powerful blend of big dance floor favourites from the likes of Chemical Brothers, Fake Blood and Herve,

Mr Slim took a particular liking to a couple of top notch tracks by Aquaksy featuring tracks 'It will knock you out' and 'Have a good time', the second of which was named as the album highlight by one editorial review

After debuting back in 1995, Aquasky spent 7 years creating Drum & Bass for many key labels including Moving Shadow, Reinforced & Good Looking.

In the late 90's they were hooked on a new sound, a breakbeat sound that reminded them of their old days raving at the free parties.

Fusing breakbeats with 4/4 rhythms and old school sounds with a healthy dose of d&b basslines the band started a sub-genre of breakbeat that is still going strong today.

It is now 2009, 7 years after they made the full-time leap to breakbeat, and the crew are back with another fresh style. Combining bashment rhythms, 4/4 beats, old school vibes, trademark bass and classic breakbeat... yet to be branded but much discussed.

A favourite of Annie Nightingale, she has had the boys do several mixes for her Radio 1 show. One is available for your listening pleasure right here

Formed (officially) for Monster Monster's Halloween club night "Attack of the 50ft Monster". Since then have performed as Voodoo Swamp Preistess's, Dancing Salmons, Cave Grrls, Cabaret Goblins and Creatures of the Flame to vast mixture of music from all styles.

Ultra Violet Violence are also official dancers @ the UK's biggest psy-Trance party, IllumiNaughty.

Visuals and decor will take inspiration from the Ocean and all things in and under the sea. Think Pirates, Mermaids, Scuba divers, Sea Monsters and Tentacle Creatures. Or something completely different. Just go wild.

Dressing up aint obligatory - and there is no dress code whatsoever so wear whatever you like- but if ya do decide to make an effort it will be majorly appreciated, just think about the amazing vibe on the Saturday night at SOLFEST or BESTIVAL,

So many of you guys made an effort at The Mad Monster's Tea Party and it helped elevate the vibe and create a proper party atmosphere. Please put in a little effort again. We will love you for it and give out some prizes for the best dressed
