doyleo
Hi everyone! Just wondering if someone can help me: My mum and dad are staying in the campervan site this year but I am camping with my friends in the normal campsites. Will I still be able to get into the campervan site even though I am not staying with them? ie - will they have a different type of wristband or something? Last year I had no problems getting into other normal campsites..but don't want to miss out on any spare bacon sandwiches they have knocking around! Thanks! swanseajack61
It depends on who is on the gate to be honest. I have stayed in the camper van field the last 2 years and they have been very strict and its very rare they will let anyone in who doesn’t have a wrist band. You may be lucky and get away with it but they do check.
doyleo
Well, I will have a camping wristband. But not a campervan wristband, so I am presuming they will get a different type of wristband? Sorry I am being stupid here!

ty21
Last year some of my mates stayed in the campervan site, and i was in the camping site. yes, they do have different wristbands, and they don't tend to let 'just anyone' in (as the facilities (toilets etc) are a lot cleaner in the campervan site, so dont want them getting abused). However, if you get your parents to come and meet you at the gate where the steward is, they should let you in. Last year the stewards were fine with us, and let us through every time, providing our mates with campervan wristbands came to meet us.
