Recieved broken wrist band?

Hi, got wristbands only through today from ###### is this right no tickets?

One of the wristbands the seal has broke too, is there a number to call for a replacement or what does anyone know what to do if this happens?

If you got it from some geezer on ebay, you might have to suck it in and try and blag it at the gate.

If you got it from someone like ticketmaster, you can give their customer service a bell and try and sort it out. How long since you got them? If you got them today, then you are in with more of a shout by alerting them to the broken seal tomorrow morning than if you got them a week ago.

I received my two yellow camping wristbands from Ticketline today and one of them is broken too! I have emailed them and I am going to phone them tomorrow. So worried about it as the website says if the seal is broken then the wristband is void! I have proof of purchase but it says that might not be accepted!

I am so incredibly cross - has ruined my Friday night!

Bad times! Apparently they have a policy in place to send out new ones straight away from what other people have said.

I received my tickets today and one of the wrist bands has already been sealed. I phoned them up and they have advised me that I need to take this wrist band to gate 1 on the friday and it will be exchanged for a new one.

cheers that helps me mate. mine is buggered too. could do without all this messing around to be honest. Why is nothing easy. The weekend can only get better after that I guess!!!
