Dear Customer, We email you in connection with the dispatch of your V Festival tickets We are please to announce that all tickets for V Festival are being dispatched this week by Royal Mail Special Delivery and are guaranteed next day delivery If you are not in to sign for the tickets you will be left a ‘While You Were Out’ card by Royal Mail informing you of the delivery office you can collect them from If you have not received the tickets or the card from Royal Mail please contact Ticketline Customer Services on 0844 888 4420 by the 17th of August, and we will be able to track them for you. It is imperative that you contact us if you have not received by 17th of August as we are unable to replace the tickets if any problems occur with the dispatch. Kind Regards I really feel uneasy about that last paragraph about them being unable to replace the tickets if theres a problem with the dispatch, which would surely be there own fault? waiting on my 2 weekend yellow tickets and 2 sunday. My friend got hers yesterday and I think she got hers from Ticketline - so I was so excited to go home last night. Was a bit of a disappoint when I got back and there was bugger all waiting for me!! Luce Posted August 16, 2009 Report Share Posted August 16, 2009 yesterday am My yellow car parking thingy ma bob has arrived just now just gotta nip to the ole sorting office n see what they have got for me in a little while................. got them mine you had to do battle with royal mail to get em; they couldnt find them to start with and then discovered the woman had taken the undelivered's home with her and i had to proper argue with them as they said they couldnt guarantee they would be with me on monday as they had to go back through the system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! at least theres one think theyre not damaged!!
