Hylands ticketlien tickets...

anyone going to hylands recieved tickets from ticketline yet? a week to go and nothing, i e mailed them and got this....

Dear Customer,

We email you in connection with the dispatch of your V Festival tickets

We are please to announce that all tickets for V Festival are being dispatched this week by Royal Mail Special Delivery and are guaranteed next day delivery

If you are not in to sign for the tickets you will be left a ‘While You Were Out’ card by Royal Mail informing you of the delivery office you can collect them from

If you have not received the tickets or the card from Royal Mail please contact Ticketline Customer Services on 0844 888 4420 by the 17th of August, and we will be able to track them for you.

It is imperative that you contact us if you have not received by 17th of August as we are unable to replace the tickets if any problems occur with the dispatch.

I really feel uneasy about that last paragraph about them being unable to replace the tickets if theres a problem with the dispatch, which would surely be there own fault?

waiting on my 2 weekend yellow tickets and 2 sunday.

nope i recieved it on wednesday, what are they playing at? they have my money!

I received the same email from them on Tuesday when i contacted them.

Still haven't got my tickets through the post and i know others who haven't got theirs through ticketline, but there is still a week to go, but I would rather have them now than in say 5 days time

Hmmm...well if they said next day delivery on Wednesday, then you're within your rights to give them a ring today and find out what they're playing at!

i got mine today but their from stargreen, and got wristband not a ticket (say will be scanned upon entry)

Person on the phone couldn't give me my Royal Mail tracking number as Royal Mail "hadn't updated their system"

God I hope so... I really hope they are there when I get home. My friend got hers yesterday and I think she got hers from Ticketline - so I was so excited to go home last night. Was a bit of a disappoint when I got back and there was bugger all waiting for me!!

i got a card left for me to say a letter needs signing for - ooohhh yayyy hope it's them!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh and also hope they're in tact judging by a few other comments i read about them being damaged etc

Just got email from them saying all tickets were despatched Thursday and Friday so should receive today or Monday at latest

Although I just see a post van turn up next door and was hoping he was coming to me but he turned round and drove off, grrrr

they are taking the piss now

do you think there should be an option for glastonbury type tickets, where u need id with ticket to get entry - and that way can receive them earlier, would put a lot of minds at ease. i got friends in the north that are coming to chelmsford and are coming down on wednesday - they have not got their tickets yet

My yellow car parking thingy ma bob has arrived just now

just gotta nip to the ole sorting office n see what they have got for me in a little while.................

got them mine you had to do battle with royal mail to get em; they couldnt find them to start with and then discovered the woman had taken the undelivered's home with her and i had to proper argue with them as they said they couldnt guarantee they would be with me on monday as they had to go back through the system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! at least theres one think theyre not damaged!!
