eFestivals
According to UKhippy Andy Thimbleberry was arrested for allowing people to smoke cannabis on his premises during the festival... Good god, I just dont now what to make of that....... shocking. So will ME and just about every promoter be charged as well? I believe that in regard to this law it's all about what a person does to counter lawbreaking that counts. The major festivals have a published drugs policy and take action against drug use at their festival. Does the same apply with Thimbleberry? However, it's quite possible this is being used as an excuse to 'get' at Thimbleberry by the authorities. Haven't they had difficulties getting a licence in the past? Perhaps this has been done as an easy way to revoke the licence, because it's a more clear-cut thing than other things that might have been used?
