We get there at about 9am on the Friday morning . . . sit on our camping chairs in the queue and crack open a can of Strongbow, waiting for the gates to open.

should be there around 9-10 friday morning depending on traffic - always get there later and have miles to walk from car park to campsite.... probably still will but hey we will give it a try!!

I'm going to be leaving Beckenham at about 10, so reckon will get there for 11.30, depending on traffic (and that's allowing a bit of traffic), but now have to sort out my wristbands first FFS!!!!! Anyone know if you have to do this before you even queue up to get into the site? Or can you park then go and sort them out? (mine are broken!)

you should be able to park and go to campsite and then sort out your wristband - so long as you have a wristband to get into the campsite that should be fine.

We are coming from Bromley - aiming to get there for about midday - once we have dropped off our two daughters at my parents and our dog at the kennels (which happens to be in chelmsford!!)

not been able to sleep for two nights worrying about getting a big enough area to pitch three tents together!!!
