MichaelT
Hey. Me and 4 of my mates are attending V this year. Got a few questions. We are all 17, will this hinder us getting served, are they strict on ID? What are camp zones like at a night time? (we are in the red one) Live? quiet? What is the age range like, is there a wide variety? (we love an older woman haha) Thanks. =).

Tarquin
Pretty strict last year, even late in the day. You could try sitting on someones shoulders and wearing a long trenchcoat. ;>) Buying the tokens is only half the battle, getting served another..........although not all id checked and avoiding old bill the third hurdle. Age, varies, loads of youngsters all the way through to daisy pushers. Pity I didn't know about the older women thing. I'd have got me mam a ticket and polished up her frame..... MichaelT
Haha, Would it be easier (and save on trenchcoat money) if i got an older friend to simply purchase them for us or is there some sort of "limit" or something. lol thanks. Also, we are planning on bringing crates of beer into our camping site. is there anything wrong with this, not sure on the rules. Their cans not bottles. Another question (=D) is there a form of "Bed Time" haha. cant imagene a camping site making tonnes of noise all night. Tarquin
I don't think there's a limit on how many Tokens you can buy. Last year my daughters friend tried to get served and was knocked back so I got one for him but had to take it off him as some specials started heading our way. He was a small 16.... and only allowed one, a shandy :>) On a serious note and at the risk of sounding old, it's a long day, a bloody long weekend, it'll be hot and I see so many youngsters so whacked they are dead on their feet by teatime. You don't want to miss the Proclaimers do you :>) Bedtime....*don't know but I think it's pretty rowdy. Last year i seem to recall that some twat got a guitar out and decided to have an impromptu jamming session when the birds started singing. *unfortunately I live in the village and will amble home to a warm bed, a nice shower and one of them there older women you crave :>) Edited August 19, 2009 by Tarquin
