Spare weekend ticket in Greater Manchester

My friend has dropped out so im stuck with a spare ticket which i'm selling at face value (£185 including booking fee and delivery). I will be willing to deliver it in person to anyone living in Greater Manchester. I have the ticket in hand, its one of the blue ones from ticketmaster.

I really don't want to sell it on ebay, so please get in touch asap if you are interested.

I also have a question, in case i don't manage to sell it. Has anyone ever managed to sell a ticket at the actual festival? Is it too big a risk to take?

Hi Nadia, we're still looking for a weekend ticket, whereabouts are you in Manchester? we are in Altrincham.

It's a wierd one about selling at Festival, not done it ourselves but.... when I went to see Radiohead at Lancashire Cricket Ground we bought our tickets outside for a lot less than face value as the tout didn't want to be stuck with dead money in his pocket so.... but you shouldn't have any problem (I would have thought) selling before, since it's at face value.

I'm in Chorlton, but it quite happily drop the ticket off to your door, or meet you elsewhere if you'd prefer. I'd be sure to get it to you asap as well, so there's no last minute panic.

Chorlton eh! that's not too far, know it quite well, so could collect from you, friends used to play a lot in The Lounge, check out the 'About' picture on hubbies website (link in my profile) you might know him.

Well i'v not been living in Chorlton that long cos iv just finished uni, so i'v not been in The Lounge yet(i think im too poor to go in there anyway )

Im living in right in the centre tho, so im easy to find if you prefer to pick up (or we can meet in one of the bars). I'v got tommorow and Sunday off work so those would be the best days for me.

And sorry BrionyGrace, you were a bit too slow :/

Just to let everyone know we are now sorted out, whilst waiting to reply a friend turned up with one, so BrionyGrace is free to proceed if he/she still wants.
