Anyone else book with the Big Green Coach company?

Been chasing my wristbands all week and they've now told me I don't get them until I get off the coach at the other end, which is very disappointing as I've found out all my mates are in the Red campsite and I'm the billy no mates in the yellow!

Does anyone know if it's possible to swap them at that late stage, do you get anyone walking around looking to swap?

Hiya, the Big Green Coach Company dropped out of taking us and were now going with National Express. We booked with Seetickets and got sent an email about this.

I was under the impression that all coach/camping packages were in the yellow campsite - it def stated this on Seetickets when we booked last March!

National Express and Seetickets are adament that you dont get your wristbands untill you get off the bus - aparently, there is a separate ticket area for you to collect them and you have to have proof that you've travelled on the coach, that's why they sent 6 paper tickets with bus times on but it says on them that this ticket does not give you entry to V. This is to stop people booking coach packages and not travelling on the coach (to stop clogging up the roads, etc). We have 2 people from Chelmsford having to travel into London to travel on the coach so they can get their tickets the other end lol!!

Yes I saw the mail about the National Express now taking all people that have booked through the BGCC. I just wish they could send them all out in the post, I did see the bit about the yellow campsite but it wasn't until after I had booked that all my mates told me they were in the Red, chuffed.
