30 miles from Weston Park and it's been hammering down this morning! But I can now glimpse a patch of blue sky! So here we go again - V is always about me looking up at the sky and optimistically claiming the cloud is thinning!

Fri - light rain, 19C

Sat - sunny intervals, 22C

Sun - heavy rain, 21C

Well i'm in Derby, so i don't know is this applies to Weston Park area etc but we've had a bit of rain but it didn't last long and now i can see blue sky between the grey clouds!

I heard on GMTV the aftermath of a hurricane is on it's way!!..... however that is due to hit next week. Phew!

there was on and off drizzle in 06 and it never caused any problems just muddy along the tracks really! i think wellies will be needed but nothing like the footage ive seen from last year!

Metcheck forecast isn't a bad one to be honest and the bbc weather has been saying heavy showers on thursday all week so it's no surprise.

You'll all be glad to know I have ordered in a case of happy weather for the whole weekend so we'll all be fine honest!
