V Festival - Hylands Park - Some Questions (thank you!)

I last camped at V in 2005, got there on the Friday afternoon and pitched up fine.

Unfortunatley, I can't get Friday off work and so am going to get there either early on Saturday morning or late Friday evening....

1) Do the gates for campers close on Friday evening and re-open Saturday morning or can campers arrive throughout?

2) If we get there around 8am on Saturday morning (prob more likely!) are we going to have trouble finding a spot to pitch up? I don't mind having to walk a bit to get to the main arena as the tent is only somewhere to go back to for sleep.

3) I found a link to a map where the yellow campsite looked to be nearer the main arena than the red.... I thought it was the other way around? The map could be wrong I guess....
