Can't believe it , I won guest tickets via Bacardi !

Hello all ,

no doubt you're all packing :-)))

I thought it was a hoax when I got an email saying I won 2 tickets ... so I didn't give it much thought ..... but they arrived today !!!!!! Panic , short notice , I've only ever done Glastonbury so I'm a newbie for V.

Now what's all this vip area about ? You pay up 20 quid apparently , but I can't find out what that gives you. Anybody know ???

Have fun everybody , and all I can say is , join Bacardi on Facebook ...... that's all I did

I've had VIP tickets in the past. You pay £20 & get access to a 'guest area', the door is located on the right hand side to the main stage. It has a cash bar & nice toilets...that's it.

The plus points are really just the above...the bar stays open til' about 2am & has a disco in there so it's good to have alte drink while the masses shuffle back to the campsite, you can avoid the crush & wander back at a more leisurely pace.

You can't see any bands from the guest area & it's not 'true' back stage so you wont see any big names knocking about. I had a pint with the lead singer from Nine Black Alps in 05'....hardly 'A' list.

It's ok - but not much in there, much rather be in the main arena - toilets are cleaner, couple of bars and food stalls - pleasent views out over a lake

we got our tickets this morning...

Weve been givin black wristbands too with the tickets that we need to exchange at the TE.

not really sure what the wrist bands are for if we still have to exchange out tickets...

never mind - £20 to have a clean loo is still worth it haha
