Carling Beer Amnesty

Hello everyone.

So the post V analysis begins. I have had a great weekend, but now am dying with flu like symptoms and likely to be in quarantine for a few days!!!!

I don't know whether I am blind, or just stupid, but I did not see the cold beer amnesty at Weston at all. From the map on my ridiclously over-priced laminate it looked to be somewhere near the welfare tent / wristband exchange area, but I didn't see it...

Someone put me out of my misery and confirm whether it was there or not please??!?!?!

It was deffinately there I walked past it a few times. All I remember was it was on the walk way to East Car Park. Before the slight hill opposite Blue campsite.

It was on the field between red and yellow campsites. I didnt do any exchanging but did take part in the headphone disco last night. Now that was truly mint!

It was directly up from the red campsite opposite the camping shop, I exchanged a couple of 4 packs but was still left with 16 bloody value tinnys which we saw some alcy walking off with this afternoon!

Me and my sister spent half of Friday in the beer amnesty, it was amazing!! Did anyone else join in the party in there on Friday night? There was lots of drinking and dancing going on, I had so much fun!!

It was class in the beer amnesty tent - class tunes all weekend. We traded in 80+ cans of Morrisons value lager (4 for 90p).

The silent disco was ace too...

I was surprised that no one seemed to know about it. Whenever I threw me sainsburys lagers into the bucket I just saw it full of Carling, whats the point in buying carling when you could buy something cheap?

What I dont get is how carling seem to have tricked you all into believing it is nice....

Its horrible shyte. It wouldn't surprise me if all the cans of cheap crap you take there end up in carling anyway...
