2nd best festival ?

Chagstock as a day trip would be a good shout, or bring the tent so you can have a few beers. The festival finishes at midnight on Saturday so on Sunday we went into Chagford and had lunch and a mooch around.

BDs don't do day tickets and the action is pretty non-stop so I would recommend doing the whole weekend there.

We re-entered festival world 3 years ago after a very long lay off, and haven't looked back, see you in Cheltenham

My all time favourite festival is Oysterband's Big Session in Leicestershire. A leaning towards folk but quite a bit of variety, this years headliners were The Levellers and Billy Bragg. I'm probably biased as this was the first festival I ever went to at the tender age of 38 but it's friendly, smaller than EOTR, has good food, even better beer and has not yet failed to offer a good line-up though with fewer bands than some festivals. I shall be ther and at EOTR next year.
