I am arranging a stag do for my best friend at Glastobury 2010, there will be around 20 of us going with around 50% of the party attending the festival for the first time. The stag, myself and a few others have been many times before but not since the flash floods of 2005.

In previous years we have arrived Thursday early afternoon and have usually stayed near Michael's Mead however this always leads to long late night walks back from the glade.

So I was wondering if anyone has tips on where to stay, when to arrive and any other general tips for a stag do at Glastonbury.

We will be driving from Brisol but potentially arriving at diferent times via the blue route.
