Got one booked anyway in case I do attend, if not it's only £20 lost.

Wondering how Toby is managing to monitor the amount sold @£20 though, the way he has the sale set up via Paypal means the only way he can know when 40 tickets have been sold is to manually check the transactions made

£20 super early bird tickets sold out in a few hours! There will be 100 tickets at £30 available through the website soon - when they are gone the next 100 will be £40 and so on.

To get yourself a bargain check www.alchemyfestival.co.uk asap!

And dont worry I am manually checking to see how many tickets have gone ;)

Hope to see you all at Alchemy!

What do you think about a little Alchemy just before bearded? Maybe 2 weeks before - too cold? - Would quite like to be the first and last in the year! :) maybe with 2 events in middle too :)

What do you think?

That would be 3 500 peoiple events and the main Alchemy in September 3000 people.

I agree with Elf , we all came down from Glasgow to see Joy Circuit ( who are amazing ) and found the festival to be very special if you have 3 or 4 it will loose the magic , keep doing what you are doing ...maybe a Alchemy warm up ,then the main Festival ....Just watch it grow...

Here's too Alchemy 2011

I voted Alchemy 2010....

Best wishes

Never been to Alchemy but it sounds lovely... My immediate feeling on the idea of Alchemy doing more events is that you the organisers would spread yourselves too thin and burn out... and/or you dilute the excitement/energy and numbers of the main event and each event ends up being a bit sparse... you're already 'competing' with lots of other great festies, why compete with yourselves as well? Keep it once a year, keep it special, keep it something that people dream of and look forwards to... imho :)

Personally I doubt I could escape to Alchemy more than once a year, regardless of whether crew or public availability. With Bearded & main Alchemy already booked and hopefully space for one more, I probably would want to sample something different.

I think you should ensure Sept Alchemy is the main event as it has the identity and doesn't have heavy festy competition that weekend. But if further small ones compared to this year help or are otherwise enjoyable, go for it.

As for the vid - I spent plenty of time in that tent yet generally didn;t clock the lasers and image screens. I knew they were there but didn't pay them much attention. Which is odd. Look great in the clip. B)
