advice needed - please help!

H - I booked 8 tickets for Glastonbury this morning but think that I may have entered the incorrect expiry date in the card payment details. I have received an email confirming my order - but until the money actually comes out, I'm not sure if the transaction has worked. Has anyone had this experience before and if so what happened. I guess I will be rejected, but not sure if they allow you to pay again straight away.

Any advice greatly appreciated as I may have jeporadised my friends chances for going which is really worrying me :)

Hi, I did something similar 5 glasto's ago. I mis-typed my security number. I kept getting emails back off them saying that the payment had failed and the order cancelled...but they gave me a link to try again. (This actually didnt work for me as I kept typing in the wrongnumber as is was scratched on my card!!! 6 had become 5!) I found this out by ringing them.

Basically, they seem to keep your order stored for a while to give you another chance before they re-allocate them. Best advice is to ring them, then you can make sure as they process the payment there and then.

wait for an email, and then ring them when things have quietened down in the week.....its always a stress!
