grapework
Really pleased, got our tickets at 9.08 yesturday no problems Paid in full coz wanted a campervan ticket Now I know its early to start this but, this is what it reads on bottom of confirm email "Tickets will be dispatched in May 2010, but may not be received until the week of the event. If your tickets haven't arrived 48 hours before the event, please contact us. You have been charged a total of £ 649.95 and this will appear on your statement as 'EVENT TICKETS'" Which is just the same as the last few years which means loads of anxious stressed out people waiting for tickets to arrive or not before you leave - being expected to somehow park campervan and get onsite to pick up tickets would be a complete joke I will leave for a week or so as sure they are busy at moment, but am thinking about writing to See and asking for the tickets I have paid months in advance for to be posted before june 10th as we plan to go away the week before the festival. Would anyone else like their ticket delivered in plenty of time too or am I alone on this? and if so maybe a letter expressing lots of peoples concerns would get them moving quicker Edited October 5, 2009 by grapework
pezzypops
tickets are always delivered in the few weeks before the festival, and they have been having less and less problems each year, especially since they changed from using a courier to the royal mail. IamChappu
They can't post them out till May at the earliest as they have to wait for the cancellation date to pass. Don't think they even print them till after that date (might be wrong though.....) Still think they could manage earlier than the 20th June!! HandBanana
That's kind of troubling since we will be getting ours delivered here (California) possibly while we are over there. I hope they take the overseas thing into consideration.

grumpyhack
Isn't the late delivery in part to reduce the risk of forgeries?
