did anyone recieve their ticket with the wrong photo on it last year?

i soooo hope not i would deffo do plastic surgery just to get in lol

I've not heard of anyone who has got a ticket with the wrong pic on before. Unless it wasn't there ticket in the first place!

No. But if I did, I'd be on the phone to See Tickets ASAP. And then I'd consider the plastic surgery, but only if getting a replacement ticket failed completely.

i just remember a lot of blank ones being sent out so just wondered if any got sent out with the wrong photo's on them.

in '07 mine arrived with no picture on it (the two others in the envelope had them, just not mine) so i sent off emails to the festival office and to see tickets.

the festival office got back to me within an hour and told me to send my ticket back to them and they'd get me a new one sent out.

see tickets took almost a week to reply and they told me to send the ticket back to them, which of course i couldn't do.

after a couple of follow-up emails & calls to the festival office they told me they wouldn't have the ticket with me in time so i was to go to the international ticket pickup point at the bath & west showground and pick up my ticket there - which is what i did, but my ticket wasn't, they said to wait around and they'd have it sent over from the office.

after an hour of waiting for them i told my mates to take my tent and go, i'd get the shuttle bus when i got my ticket (they were predicting another hour) and i'd meet them in there.

after 4 more hours and they still couldn't find my ticket they gave me a blank competition winners' ticket and gave me a lift onto the site in a land rover that was heading that way

(this was the biggest in a succession of problems with my ticket in odd years (in '03, '05 and '07 either See or I have f**ked up in some way or another) but luckily i broke the pattern in '09 when i didn't have a hitch at all )

My mate got his with an UPDATED picture of him, and it completly baffled us how they got a hold of it :S
