geztival_09
On Sunday I secured my deposit on my ticket. Got 2 confirmation emails with a different reference number on each. I've used Seetickets tracker with each of the numbers and they both work fine except one of them says "booked 6/10/2010" whereas the other says "booked 4/10/2010". I tried to forget it because I thought it was impossible to use a registration number twice. Thing is I'm really worried now because, I checked my balance today, and it has taken the money for 2 deposits out of my account! I DEFINITELY only ordered one for myself with my 1 registration number, so this shouldn't have happened. Has anyone experienced anything like this, and is it worth contacting See or shall I wait it out? Thanks
catsta
Why would you not contact them? That reg number could belong to someone else? Also, it's fifty quid you have been charged that you shouldn't have. If it were me I'd be straight on the blower.
MilkyJoe
Exactly the same has happened to me, I booked 2 tickets and 2 lots of deposits have come out of the bank then I was emailed 2 different reference numbers. I'm at work at until tomorrow and can't ring them but i will be on the phone to them tomorrow. It said on the original form that if you booked twice then one would be cancelled if not right there then at a later stage so they would probably notice the duplicate booking but my fear is that they cancel the whole thing which I definately don't want! If you have any joy phoning them before I get chance to let me know how you got on. Cheers, Shaun.

scaryclaireyfairy
we had duplicates as well, i rang see yesterday and it was all sorted within 5 minutes. i didn't bother with the customer service number as it's more expensive. pie_and_a_pint
Definitely give 'em a ring. They're getting interest paid while your fifty quid sits in their bank account...!
Laura_Babs
I'd give them a ring. At least once you have spoken to them you know where you stand, when to expect money back, etc...
