we took our 3 year old this year (and will be there again next year). by 4pm Wed this year it was very busy in cockmill! get there earlier if you can. the nearest parking is about a 10-15 minute walk away (although it feels a lot longer with heavy loads). I'd recommend you buy a really heavy duty garden trolley to transport stuff - they cost about £60+ on ebay but it will be the best £60 you've ever spent - you can use them as transport throughout the festy instead of a pushchair too, if you pack a few cushions for your little un to sit/sleep on, and get a cover.

yes its worth it - our daughter has been asking to go back on several occasions and was delighted when i said we had tickets for next year - the kidz field is amazing and there is loads of stuff for kids in the craft fields, greenpeace fields and other areas too

the nearest showers are at the bottom of the kidz field as paulo999 says - we found the best time to go was about 6-6.30pm - there was rarely more than 2 people in the queue
