Can you get a space in Campervan fields on friday?

Hi my son is coming with us for the first time but has his last GCSE on Friday morning, how unlucky is that? Has anyone ever tried to get a space in the campervan fields on a Friday?

If you have a CV ticket then there should be room, but I wouldn't expect it to be in a prime position. It may be worth trying for the west CV field as its new this year although couldn't say for sure.

Thanks I haven't been since 2003 and so am a bit out of touch. Presumably the west CV field will be over near the dance Tent( is it still there) and the Pyramid stage.

It's near The Park and the John Peel (what used to be the New Bands Stage) nearer to the Other Stage than the Pyramid. The Dance Tent (where you remember it) is also close - however there is now a whole Dance Village - with lots of stages.
