I believe that it's normally the case that the council give permission for the next festival to be run each November. I'd guess that, as yet, that permission hasn't been given, else the dates would have been announced.

Whether or not it will be given I don't know. As SSW was something conceived and run by Richard Haswell, it might be the case that with Richard not working there currently there won't be a festival next year.

If and when eFestivals gets any information about what's happening, we'll of course let you know.

That's what I meant, with Mr.Haswell (sadly) not working at DMH at the moment, it's questionable whether it's going to happen next year.

Let's hope it does happen and that you find the cash to do both - Shambala is a fantastic festival.. very, very different to Summer Sundae but similar in that the people there are friendly and that there's fun around every corner....
