Jay Z , Pink, The Strokes, Blondie, Squeeze and Orbital

isle of white without a doubt has THE best line up so far out of any festivals in europe so i dont know what u are all complaining about, the strokes have the best album of the decade, jay z is the biggest name in hip hop and one of the biggest names in music and definitely the most succesfull rapper of the decade. And then to top it off u got Blondie and orbital! its immense, and whoever was making the point about jay z supporting coldplay, its not that he cant sell out venues, he and chris martin are v good friends and wanted to do shows together and they would have done it in america but i dont see the american fans who would want to see jay z, see coldplay, they are much more closed minded over there. i went to see the jay z and coldplay gig and the jigga man was brilliant and came back on during coldplay's set and rapped over lost, it was great...im so jealous i aint going tbh!

Jay Z was incredibly good fun at Glasto last year - I think he understood the need to throw a lot of well known samples into the mix and get everyone singing. Very few in the crowd were actual fans of his, but he still went down a storm.

Oh, and if Orbital don't utterly lay waste to the Big Top with their headline slot I'll eat my hat. Outstanding live act!
