its not x factor per se that i have the problem with, its the horde of sheeple who only buy the winner's song because it was on x factor. if the same song by the same artist was released, even on the same label, with no affiliation to the x factor it would not sell as many copies.

you would not have bought the winner's song, unheard, if it had not been on the x factor.

i don't want to class you in with all the other sheeple who do that (i thought you'd be more discerning as members of this site, as a prerequisite for coming here in the first place, have a love of music and don't just buy one single a year when its 'x factor winners week') but your actions do you no favours.
