Heaven and Hell are confirmed as playing on the Saturday which means there seems to be a big gap on the main stage before ELP. Any suggestions? I'd say that Journey have to be a distinct possibility with the exposure that they are getting in the UK right now - their Greatest Hits CD appeared in the local Tesco Metro the other day much to my delight.

Not all of us young folk have bad taste. This festival is shaping up to be pretty good. Would particularly like to see ELP, Heaven & Hell, Down, Clutch, Venom, Zappa Plays Zappa and Bachman & Turner.

It's unfortunate Sonisphere is the following weekend - it could take a lot of potential punters with very strong headliners. How many people could afford the two (or get a pass from the better half!)
