grumpyhack
Has anyone experience of regional groups of Glasto goers so that we can meet out of season and have a Glastobate? I'd be interested in a South Wales group if there are any takers.

jeffie
A Glastobate? Is that like a huge, liberal love-in? A group masturbatory session at the Stone Circle, if you will.............. I'm in.

LusciousLucy
Do you mean in person...aka a regular old Efest meet outside of festival season? If you can organise it and not have too many people complaining that they cant make the suggested dates then its not a problem. They've been happening for years, its just deciding where, when, where folk are going to stay overnight, how long the weekend's going to be and so on. Past pre-Glasto meets in the South East have involved such experiences as meeting up on the South Bank in London the week before en masse, a honking great epic event in Brighton in March 04 where we hired out an entire bar and a very messy but fun weekend in Brighton in 07 that had folks all crashing at one Efesters house. The past couple of years there has been a crew of folk who head to Avebury for Solstice the weekend before the fest to make the Glasto holiday ridiculously long and body breaking! grumpyhack
I'm thinking of more modest regional meets where we can all pick a pub or a music venue for the night and people can get home afterwards. Organising accomodation sounds like hard work. And also not a pre-fest meet up a week or so before but in the real off season. Something to bring cheer to our gloomy winter nights.
