Main Stage DJ's

Any chance of a couple of high profile DJ's playing on the main stage this year?

It would be great to have guys like Boys Noize/2 Many DJ's/Vitalic/Tiga playin outside to the crowds - cos I WANNA DANCE OUTSIDE IN THE SUNSHINE

Seriously, it would be great if that could happen earlier in the day, even for an hour.

2 many dj's wont their already headlining their own tent one night. any of the rest I would be happy at...

Saying that you are better with live dance acts and not DJ's outside... part of a DJ show is the lights and the atmosphere you get in an enclosed space (like a club or tent).

Like I said not impossible, just difficult and I've read mixed things about fatboy last time.

Wherever I've watched guys DJ outside and it has been brilliant it has always been in places that are walled in. Main stages have never cut it for me. Usually this is because there is always a roadie setting up or stripping down in the background and the DJ has never really left an impression. (admittedly there have only been a handful on main stages)

was at creamfields this year and outdoor stages work but better so when its dark. Creamfields was at the end of august so was easier, are the main stages still open at midnight?!

Think it depends on how big the djs stage show is.

For example a dj with a little screen and a few lights would not be good for main stage.

A big act like The Chemical Brothers are well suited to the main stage cos their stage show is MASSIVE and epic : )
