Ohh, cheers, been waiting for someone to paste a link to these! And yup, I had a nap in an ex-tent space on the Sunday evening pre- night out. It was amazing how quickly the mud dried up!!

It certainly wasn't taken on the Weds, Thurs, Fri or Sat!

Dairy was like that in some places, quite often where people had plastic sheets in the middle of their camping areas.

Even the Oxylers (Other stage end) camping field was looking pretty green still by Monday... we were maybe 15 meters in.

My pics are here: http://gees.zenfolio.com/glasto2011

Nothing amazing because I didn't make as much effort as I intended to and was often quite drunk :).

Love the mud reflections! Beautiful! Some great shots this year- massive respect to those of you who were out with your cameras in the mud! I was too worried about falling over and crushing it (amongst other things) to have mine out too much. Got a few to post but nothing too impressive due to said fears. Here's a taster:

Hang on - that shadow doesn't match the man! Look at the hands of the shadow compared to his hands. Or is that his act? He can move faster than light!

I think it must be multiple exposures. Maybe a result of HDR, or a composite that achieves the same thing?

I think I may have an explanation for the juggling shadow man. I'm just guessing so I could be well wrong.

Could it be some kind of 'rolling shutter' effect?

On a traditional SLR camera, and on some digital cameras, the image is captured all in one go. But some cameras capture the image a line at a time - meaning that things recorded in one part of the frame (e.g. the top of the frame) actually take place slightly before events recorded in other parts of the frame.

I'm not tecchy enough to know if this is a plausable explanation - but anyway.
