I think it's 99% to do with the fact that you don't have to carry any stuff from your tent to your car. But sure, you could just blame those darn kids instead...

If you say so. That obviously explains the state of The Brothers bar surrounding area every night and the top of the Park. That would be 99% due to the fact that people don't want to carry their rubbish a few yards to a bin.

There's something very enigmatic about the 2nd photo bubblefree - like the Pyramid field elm chair is waiting - or that perhaps there should be someone sitting there waiting for it all to begin . . . .

Anyone see this guy? I bumped into him sometime in the early hours of Monday morning, really funny! I stopped on my own to see what he was doing and a crowd soon gathered, someone shouted "oh just get on with it and sing Everybody Hurts - lol

No, gaze instead at the (almost) perfect alignment of the hardwood boards - the deliciously taut cable-ties - it's very refusal to topple over into the mud.

For it is I - yes, I! who put that up. I, along with two other people (who, to be fair, did most of the work - but I held it in place).

The artist's name is David Walker. I have to admit, his work is not entirely to my taste. But I do really like the one he did for Glasto .

Thanks whateverman. Really appreciated. By the way - I was wondering about the sockets on the other thread too. Can only think they mean small socks but am not sure how these would be more advantageous than ordinary socks.
