paulo999
I do belive that may the 1st or maybe the 31st is the deadline to which you can get a refund on a ticket. Think I read this when I paid my balance off not sure.

Neville Street
deadline is 7th May, all they keep is Β£10. We cancelled last year as we ended up working the festival, and the refund process was fine. Hoping to do the same this year if our work opportunity comes through

Paul β’
but you have to take out cancelation insurance if you think you may not need your ticket past the 28th Feb. If you are unable to come to the Festival, and require a refund for your ticket, please contact Seetickets at glastonbury@seetickets.com, or telephone 0844 412 4626 before midnight May 7th 2010. A Β£10 administration charge will be retained from all refunded tickets. Tickets are non-refundable after the deadline of May 7th. However, if you bought insurance for your ticket and your reason for not being able to come is covered by the policy, you can make a claim by contacting the Ticketplan helpline on 0870 950 1119
cejx
No you don't, you can cancel anytime up till the 7th May and only lose Β£10 admin fee
Paul β’
this is taken directly from the Glastonbury website. I can only guess that that is correct.
