Download To Announce In 2 Weeks

download We reckon AC/DC are going to be part of the party but we’ll get a definite answer in 2 weeks time!

According to Download promoter Andy Copping’s Twitter, Download 2010 will reveal their first batch of bands in just over 2 weeks time. Speaking on his Twitter, Copping revealed “Loads of rumours going round about who’s playing Download…not long left…the first wave of bands will be announced in just over two weeks.”

i saw the tweets this morning. I would have thought they would announce on a monday, but just over two weeks doesnt agree with that so im guessing tuesday night and in the following days kerrang on the weds.

You know what, I am pretty convinced it will be the 30th. But so many people are saying it wont be because they've never announced on a Saturday before. I dunno, I never really took any notice of what day of the week it was!!!
