Earlier today i was thinking about Rockness and startes having an awesome fantasy that Daft Punk did headline the Saturday! More specifically, the moment where Da Funk goes off and the place goes WILD! Cmon, who wouldnt love that D:

Although i would be more than happy for DP to play, i have a feeling that it couldnt come close to the preformance at 07. The atmosphere was electric. If they came back and it didn't live up to 07 i'd be pretty dissapointed even though im sure they would still be brilliant.

Daft Punk are my favourite band of all time, if they were announced, i literally wouldnt be able to handle my excitment

I dont expect them to play thise year at all, next year maybe, but not this year

I never really thought about it like that but I think all of us who saw them in 07 would feel something special. Like how you get a feeling you have never felt before when your baby is born. I think you would get a feeling you never felt before if you saw them play again. If that even makes any sense : )

One big +1 from me to THAT! Do you remember the reaction at The Flaming Lips set when Wayne crowdsurfed in the bubble during the first song? It would be like that, maybe even, considering that THEY ARE DAFT PUNK!

I wasnt there in 07 (get me a gun)

but even tho i know tht every single persn on this forum would (pretty much)pick them if they had the choice of one act to play. If they did play, the only thing most people would have to say about it would be that "it was gd... bt it wasnt like 07"

from the looks of things even daft punk will need to pull out an extra amazing show just to keep up with 07... if they ever come back

Their booking agent told Rob Da Bank that they are not doing any live shows in 2010 as he tried to book them for Bestival (unless he is telling porkies )
