At the moment they're recording their 5th studio album due to be released at some point this year.

They've not played at V since 2003 and apparently they're a strong rumour for Glastonbury.

Well the headliners haven't been 100 per cent confirmed yet, and i thought that Kings Of Leon said at Reading/Leeds last year they were 'going away for a while'.

So i'm not totally convinced they will be headlining (as much as i'd love them to)

I just thought i'd throw another possible rumour out there

Yeah I guess but Ive never seen all of the media be so sure about V's headliners in the past and then it not to happen.

Once the V headliners get leaked Ive never known it not to be what get leaked

I think Coldplay [Chris Martin] IMO think they're [he is] above festivals like V now, If they were to play any it would be Glasto only.

We should get some of the line up confirmed soon I would think. God you get sick of looking at Kasabian sometimes, theyre always on at V!! Hope theyre not headlining again. A change is due me thinks!!!!

Get used to the same old same old as thats what V has become (some bands seem to have a permanent V residence). I said last year was very likely to be my last and going off the headliners (KOL and Kasabian) it will be. I would only consider going if there are some decent bands in the others they announce. However, it more likely that Ndubz and lady Gaga are announced if previous years are anything to go by. KOL and Kasabian will ensure a sell out and that is what the organisers are solely concerned with but it doesnt float my boat.
