I'll add people in fancy dress at festivals to my list of annoying twats. I cringe at any kind of pre-planned, forced 'wackiness'. You can just imagine these people packing all their camping gear, food etc then thinking..'I can't believe I nearly forgot my bananaman costume' 110 thousand people there to watch bands and some twat essentially shouting 'look at me everyone, aren't I crazy'....No you're an attention seeking c**t.

get a grip. If you dont like it, stick with your slayer tshirt and ripped jeans, nobody is forcing YOU to dress up, nobody iks forcing YOU to shout.

Doesnt mean you have any right to ruin anyone elses weekend like they havent got the right to ruin yours. I dont agree with the shouting/megaphones/loud stereos late at night. But if its in the day you generally have no say...what so ever!

Theres a very good webcast if you dont like the general public.

The best random thing I've heard at a festival was at Download last year.

Early Friday morning someone near our camp asked (quite loudly) what the time was. The response he got was (all from the same guy doing spot on impressions):

"is that my clocks I hear?"

"Yeah doc it's 8 o'clock"

"Perfect it worked, all my clocks are running exactly 25 minutes slow"

"Wait a minute Doc are you saying it's 8.25? I'm late for school!"

It was 8.25

ive got no problem with people wearing costumes, people can wear what they like, dosent affect me so it dosent bother me, and sometimes they are original and get a laugh out of me
