haha yeah I'd love to see them play, but not with Rage - that would just be wrong given Timmy's hatred for them, and the fact that they took rage's legacy and just mercilessly raped it with Fred Durst's ego!

Just imagine the possibility of a Rage/B-Real +Sen Dog/Chuck D + Flavor Flav jam going down......I'm pretty sure that will break some sort of fundamental principle and cause the Earth to implode/ rip a hole in space-time.

Yeah I'm certain of it. Well either that or it would prove the existence of a god, which I wouldn't be overly keen on happening! :P

You can't help getting the impression that there must be people out there who know what's going on - but they've all been sworn to secrecy! Maybe they're waiting until they've organised the poll winners before they announce everything together :P

I might be totally wrong, but I can see it being something along the lines of:

RATM

Poll winners

Jane's Addiction

Gallows

Does It Offend You Yeah

I'm kind of thinking that there might not be any 'poll winners' - that could have been done for Cypress Hill to see if there was the demand for them to stop them from pulling out as the offer for them to do Rock Am Ring/Im Park will be much more financially beneficial in both the long and short term, but if they thought they were wanted they'd do RageFactor instead. Clearly there wasn't the demand. :P If that is the case I want a grovelling apology in person from everyone who didn't vote for them :P

And I can't really see any group that would top the poll being available as they won't be a small group. I suppose Biffy of Gallows may have done well, but I really don't want to see them. :P

It did cross my mind that the poll might be a way for the organisers to gauge how much demand there would be for bands they already had in mind for support - and let's face it, they could claim almost any band within reason had won the poll and we'd be none the wiser - cos we have no way of knowing what the majority of the other people actually voted for! :P

It may be true, but the site that originally reported that is talking out of its arse:

- Gogol Bordello are playing Rock Am Ring that day

- They cite the Gallows 'confirmation' from a tweet from the guy who set up the Rage for XMas No. 1 group
