Anyone still waiting for confirmation on virgin pre-sale?

I have confirmation on one lot of tickets for chelmsford but still waiting for my second one - anybody else still waiting!!??

My son did the ordering etc this morning at 10.15am and we are still waiting for email confirmation, i'm quite worried and depressed now. Dont really want to take a chance and re order in case they charge me twice

Are the cards you used registered to the same name / address? A mate of mine done this a couple of years ago, bought tickets with 2 different cards but both were for his name and address and they just cancelled an order without telling him.
