Hey

Basically I ordered a coach ticket around 1pm off seetickets and am still waiting for the confirmation email and no money has been taken out of my account. I went on my history and went to the confirmation page to check if there was a reference number, however it said card failed during transaction but it said i got a ticket when i first got the webpage.

What you reckon happened?

Whats the seetickets number?

Hope you get sorted, this sometimes happens! They have rang me back in the past and offered me to re buy the ticket if there was a problem with the transaction but as they have already taken your money Id say you will defo get them!!
