Tuesday evening - is it worth going and sleeping in the car for the night?

Is anyone going down Tuesday evening? I dont particularly fancy sleeping in the car for the night, but on the other hand, there are a group of us with 7 tents between us and we want to camp together if we can, so need a good spot. We usually camp in Kidney Mead, as its not too far to carry all the kit from the car.

I personally wouldn't bother, at most festivals like this i've never known it to be tough to get a good spot on the Wednesday... of a Friday start.

Thats what I was hoping. Hopefully everyone will just do what they normally do and go down on Wednesday morning. Not really sure why it was decided to open the car park on Tuesday.
