I'm going to have Szechuan Tomato stir fry tonight. I was thinking of something to put on top of the noodles and stir fry and was thinking pork. However, I think I'm gonna go for baby sweetcorn.

chicken is much better than pork in a stir fry.

szechuan pepper sauce is amazing though.

i like the dry ones on their own cause they're flavoured, but they're just cheap shite for lunch. i always use fresh egg noodles for a stir fry.
