What Clothing/footwear?

Hello All :P

Will be my first time at a festival this year. And after seeing the line up, Creamfields it is! :P

What kind of stuff do people generally wear?

Is there any point bringing trainers? Or are people generally wearing wellies all weekend?

I know at leeds/glastonbury etc its all about the wellies, but as Creamfields is only 2 days I wouldnt have thought it would be as muddy?

Also, I dont fancy wearing jeans tucked into wellies all day. So will joggy bottoms be ok? (No not chavvy ones!) Obviously if its hot enough the shorts will be on.

Thanks :P

last year the saturday was sunny so i just wore my trainers cos they are alot more comfortable than raving about in wellies lol but on the sunday the heavens opened and trust me... it was verrrry muddy on the pathway to the campsites, i would advise you to take wellies and trainers if its not too much of an arse on, and if ur talkin bout the joggy bottoms like the grey comfortable ones yeah they are fine i wore them last year =)

I've worn the same pair of Timberland walking shoe/trainer things for the last 9 years and they's still going strong. It's the only time they ever leave the wardrobe!! To be fair I don't camp but have never had any real problems in the Arena itself :P

  • 3 weeks later...

I got a new pair of Timberlands last year just for Creamfields.... and yup they were the bollox!!

I have always wore combat highs (my old army patrol boots) but they gave up the ghost last year after 15 years of wear and tear and no less than 9 creamfields.

So out come the Timbers!!!
