Apologies for the website being down so long.

The issue was identified as a failed disk, which has now been replaced. This means that the site will be running slower than it otherwise would do for the next few hours while the new disk mirrors itself with the content of the other disks.

I'm hoping that was the only issue, which I'm still waiting to hear about. I currently have everything firmly crossed.

There appears to still be a problem, which is being looked into.

It might be the case that efestivals will be offline at further points during today.

one of the eFestivals servers is currently running at a very high load for no obvious reason, and causing a slow response or 'page not found' messages.

The problem is currently being looked into, and might need the server to be rebooted to be cured.

apologies for the issue with post times - rebooting the server screwed the system time for some reason. It's now been fixed.
