anyway... not been to download for a few years.

Went VIP in 2007, then couldn't be bothered with it anymore :\

Anyway, with a lineup of AC/DC, Rage and Aerosmith (possibly the 3 greatest headliners a festival has ever seen (IMO, get over it)), thought I should get myself a ticket.

Anyway, my question is... do Toubourg still do the beer?

I'm sincerely hoping with this line-up that it wont be the same with download this year

meh, am I the only one who doesn't care what brand the beer is?

By the and of the first day the stuff in your tent will be warm and flat and will taste like crap, and the stuff in the arena is in cardboard so will taste like crap anyway!

Just so long as I can drink beer, and not cider, I'll be happy

Well I've been to more festivals than toes and fingers (that means >20 for those off bred northerners).

It'll be hard to beat Reading '03 or '05 or DL '06 or Coachella '07. Those are my faves.

How is it different?

There's 3 things I've always wanted to do while at a festival:

- Watch the band while in the queue for, and during my daily festival piss.

- Get a dominoes pizza delivered to my tent

- have a camp chair last more than 12 hours.

I've yet to achieve one of these

Will download provide these features?

Wootton Bassett has some of the finest ale around.

But if you don't have that choice, you gotta go for the next best, available option. AKA: Tubourg
