Some forum pages hang Chrome

Bizarre, this one.

In Google Chrome, some forum pages don't load in Google Chrome on Windows XP.

I don't know whether it's a specific ad, or someone's sig, or what.

What happens is that the page title shows in the tab. Sometimes the page loads, sometimes it remains blank. It cannot be scrolled. Any other eFestivals forum tabs that are open cannot be scrolled either.

To get around it I have to close all eFestivals forum tabs, and start again.
