Returning to London

How hard (or easy) is it to get back to London on the Saturday? I want to stay till the end of the sets (10.50) but it's only a day ticket and have found no hotels in Chelmsford so will probably have to go back to London but read somewhere the last train is around 11.30? Can I make it to the train station in less than half an hour?

Yeah, trains run until about 1am on both days so you'll have more than enough time.

I have to get back to London on the Sunday and then get a train to Edinburgh on the Monday morning :\
