Hi - new to this forum thing - so far got tickets this yr for Glastonbury, V, Big Chill and Goodwood, have got one more left to go money wise but cant decide which- I cant listen to the same music for too long, I like some serious stomping music, then a bit of a chillout, maybe something a bit different on the sunday morning - I was not a lily allen fan till Glasto - but she made it for me last year - just the whole crowd thing - really good vibe. So lets talk dream line ups? and which festival gets closest to your dream line up this year?

Reading/leeds

Personal favs:-

Gaslight anthem, the cribs, dizzee, the libertines, arcade fire, limb bizkit, weezer, blink 182, gogol bordello, mumford & sons, lostprophets, biffy clyro, queens of the stone age, guns n roses.

Amazing group of bands, different to every other festival this year, and there is still 5 stages to be announced

Would of liked to have seen vampire weekend, plan b, chase and status, and gorillaz on this years line up

I'd recommend Summer Sundae

Small chilled out festival- Already announced Mumfordandsons, Local natives, Low Anthem, Futureheads, Frightened Rabbit, Erland and the carnival, Los camposinos, The GoTeam, The Fall, Junip(Jose Gonzalez' band), the whip and loads more.

Also Seasick steve headlining the friday with caribou and some others playing too!

I know it most probably doesn't battle the "big boys" like Leeds/reading but its worth a little consideration and its pretty cheap! :P

Also IOW? Thats a great lineup/atmosphere- chilled out and fun :P

wow! thanks guys - I cant wait ! Will look up the summer sundae now! my fantasy line up is closest to vintage at goodwood - I know its the first one this year - looks really cool - like the look of the soul casino stage line up- includes djs like craig charles, chris hill, colin curtis, bob jones, danny rampling, norman jay, jazzie b - not sure about the other areas as theres a stage for each decade - dont know a lot of the acts but the stages look amazing so will check them out, but also love the idea of an 80's abandoned warehouse and roller disco and the easy listening lounge with mike flowers - legend!
