to blame efestivals about something that they didn't know about is wrong imo. as soon as they found out then they fixed the problem which i'm grateful for and theres nothing more you can really ask for in this situation. and fyi if you are wondering yes i got the virus too but got rid of it so theres no hard feelings

Nah, well yes by some , others just don't like Neil's PR and attitude to people about the situation and would have liked a sorry. (For some reason that would make everything better). Then someone expcosed another weakness and now Neil wants to go get a proper job to make $$.
