But,

Joe Banana's has a massively good reputation and is probably the first "shop" people think of if asked to think of one there. I imagine they would be pretty good at sorting out orders.

Yes, I ordered something from them to pick up at Leeds fest, when I went to see them they'd run out of my item, but gave me a better one to compensate!
