Going to watch South Africa vs Mexico at the fans fest in cape town if I can get in.

No sound for me, but the last bit looks like some kind of 'punishment' for whichever half of the players lost a game. The blue bibs stand in the goal, while the red bibs kick balls at them from 20yds out. Then some of the blue bibs chased the red bibs away.

Looks like a bit of fun tbh!
