I spoke to Seetickets a few minutes ago, they've approx 12/13 weekend (5 day camping) tickets left & just over 40 (3 day camping tickets) remaining.

To me, this means it's all buy sold out so if you want a ticket, i'd try to buy 1 asap!!

thats just see, theres livenation, ticketmaster, and I imagine a few others.

interesting though. I would have thought copping would have been banging on about this by now if it were "almost sold out"

Means nothing. I've used Seetickets to sell tickets for my comedy club before, when you've got a seller account you simply enter the allocation of tickets you want 'See' to sell. You can keep going in & amending the number up & down. Livenation could go into the event details & add another 10k if they wanted to. The people at 'See' will only have visibility of the number the account holder entered.

It is when Eventim start selling out (and not re-loading with tickets again) that you'll know when it is actually sold out. When it is close to selling out, they usually recall tickets from the other agents and sell the remainder through their primary outlet. Seeing as though everyone is still selling tickets it isn't going to sell out imminently.

I don't for one minute believe they have sold 35k more than last year though. The festival sold out about this time last year, the capacity increases for camping in the license weren't that big.

They must be disappointed that they haven't field the camping side of it, but a lot of people ain't happy with how top heavy it is for £190!

Don't forget that Download has increased its license capacity so it can issue 30k (?!? seems a little high, am I remembering right?) extra tickets once it has 'sold out' if they want.

I'm buying mine on payday (28th) I fully expect to get it nevermind the "sold out" bullshizz
